INERELA+ Kenya has a Board of Directors whose members not only come from different regions but also from different faith communities including Islam, Christianity and African Traditional Religion. The board is responsible for overall policy making and guidance of the organization. The board has a management committee that comprises of the board chairperson, the vice chair and the treasure who meet on a regular basis to provide policy guidance to the management.
THE SECRETARIAT is headed by the National Coordinator who is in charge of implementing day to day management of the network. Its main function is to provide overall coordination of the network, providing technical support to regional representatives and support group volunteers and engaging in regional and international policy dialogues.
